my path...

I became interested in Reiki after experiencing my own Healing Session. I somehow knew it would be something that I would forever be involved with. Little did I know : )

I decided to study Level I, thinking that would really be all I needed to work on myself, family and friends. Then a very close relative developed an illness that I felt compelled to work on. However he lived far away. I decided that I had to obtain my Level II Attunement to do distance work. During that time I joined a Reiki Circle, which gave me the opportunity to work on a lot of different people. It truly strengthened my bond with Reiki. It enabled me to see results on a continual basis. I also participated in a forum with other Reiki students and practitioners, where my committment to Reiki grew even stronger. I thought I would like to share what I had learned and felt through teaching. When I started dreaming about teaching....I knew it was time. I began my Reiki Master/Teacher training. I was fortunate to be able to student teach a Level II class under the supervision of my Reiki Master, an invaluable experience.

When an article about the benefits of Reiki, featuring our Reiki Circle, came out in a local health magazine, my phone starting ringing off the hook. People wanted Reiki sessions and wanted to attend a Reiki Circle! They wanted to study Reiki. The Universe had decided what I should now do with my life. I am thankful that I tuned into that channel and paid attention.

I am so fortunate to do what I love, for a living.
